About Terrace
Terrace was started by Clint Irwin after a 14 year career in professional soccer to provide solutions at the nexus of organizational culture, finance, sporting strategy and athlete marketing. Throughout his career Clint led locker rooms, negotiations and cultural change, resulting in a MLS Cup Championship and All-Star Game appearance on the field, and $6 billion in deals secured off of it. His passion is to see teams and individuals pursue and achieve authentic success. He is a graduate of Elon University and holds an MBA from Indiana's Kelley School of Business.
